Can I see a sample of some of your work before I order?
A photo paper sample can be ordered for $5.00 (covers the cost of the sample and shipping) for panel card designs. Just email us your name and shipping address and we'll send it out to you right away.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Many of the designs you see on the site are designs inspired by our clients. Simply pick the design that is closest to your final concept and then describe in detail in your design notes.
I found a design I like, but I want different colors/fonts. Can you change it?
Of course! All colors and fonts on the designs can be tweaked until you are completely happy with it. Indicate the changes you would like in the 'special instructions' box on the order form.
How many proofs do I get with my order?
We will do up to four drafts for free. After that we charge $5.00 for every additional proof. Very few people actually need more than four drafts of their card. It is best if you combine your suggestions/changes into one email. Study the card and collect your changes all at once instead of sending multiple emails with single changes for proofs. Please note, we create drafts for you based on the template that you have ordered. If you would like to see your photos on another template, other than the one your ordered, we will do that for a $10.00 charge.
Can I send photos taken by a professional?
By submitting photographs taken by a professional photographer, you are agreeing that you are the photographer or have permission documented by the copyright holder. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold us liable for any misuse of any copyrighted images.
Should I alter the photo first before sending it to you?
We ask that you do not alter your raw digital image and ask that you do not crop or resize. We take great pride in our photo editing skills and working with the raw file is the best.

Do I get a proof before my card is printed?
Certainly! A digital proof will be posted on your eproof page. All changes will be made and a revised draft will be posted to your eproof page. Once you approve the draft (replying OK TO PRINT on approval email), it is final and goes to print. We encourage you to carefully check the draft for any mistakes, as we are not responsible for any errors once the draft is approved.

Will the proof look like the real thing?
Yes! There may be some color differences since monitors vary in the way they display color but we print exactly what you approve.
Can I cancel my order?
Completed orders are non-refundable. You can cancel up to the approval stage however a design fee of $40 will be charged. Once the final draft is approved, your order cannot be cancelled.
When is payment due for order and what are my options for payment?
Payment is due in full before cards are mailed out. You can pay online using a credit card via Pay Pal ($2.50 service fee) or put a check in the mail.
How is my order shipped?
All orders in the lower 48 states are shipped for delivery by UPS in two business days for
no additional cost. RUSH, overnight and Saturday deliveries are available upon request.
